Although took a lot a little longer than stated to reply to email the service from Jazz was spot on...professional and slick.

Love the quality of Mercier products. Really are value for money. I did have an issue with an order and has been sorted. Big thanks to Kade at Mercier.

Ordered at Christmas for my two daughters ordered them a tracksuit each 2 bottoms and 1 jacket turned up! Emailed them received a response gave them the requested information straight away! Haven’t had a response since! Emailed them twice no refund or replacement of missing item! Can’t find a phone number to call only contact is email. Won’t be ordering direct in future!

Diabolical customer service, ordered 5th December 2022, was told order would arrive before Christmas, it did not come, I sent 7 emails in total with the last 3 requesting the order be cancelled, got no reply, then 2nd Feb I got email from George saying sorry order was cancelled by DPD cancelled my post code durring Christmas but it was on its was, I didn't want it any more as missed Christmas and purchased in a shop to avoid disappointment, I requested free return seeing I had been trying to cancel due to not receiving and no response except the odd automated email. The item has now arrived over 7 weeks later and I have to pay for return due to no one responding. Will shout it from the roof tops do not give this company your custom. May be some one will now respond to me and give me a free return.order number 122392 and don't you dare tell me you can't find my emails like you have other people who have left reviews

So.....after ordering a t-shirt at the beginning of December for a Christmas present that didn't arrive, I was completely frustrated with this company. I didn't get replies from my emails so couldn't even get a refund.
I decided to give it another go a week ago to see if I could sort something out. Someone called jazz got in touch, he dealt with my order ,which was now out of stock, and offered me an original t shirt. I received within 2 days ,2 t shirts, socks and a cap as an apology for the delay and how my order was dealt with. He has re stored my faith in this company and has apologised again. Mercier have recognised the mistakes they made over the festive period and are trying to make amends. Thankyou Jazz

IT IS NOW 3RD FEBRUARY 2023.
I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND AS YOU NEVER SENT THE COATS.

I had a faulty item George at customer service went above and beyond with his customer service resolved my request and issued my refund excellent customer service.

Very helpful and resolved my issue promptly.
I’m a Mercier fan, the quality is great.
I had some concerns after reading previous reviews but George went the extra mile.

Ordered a tracksuit and T-shirt before Christmas!
My son loves it, he lives in! Been washed and washed and retained its colour! The material is top quality!
Had a small issue with the joggers of another tracksuit! Exchanged with no issues, even refunding my postage on proof of receipt on the same day!

Bit disappointed the tracksuit I purchased was modelled on a 5ft8 male which is why I ordered it for my son. However, it is smaller. And now need to return for an exchange at my own cost. Have emailed the company so will see what is said

My house burned down yesterday and all my clothes uncluding my mercier tracksuit
I only had one pair of leggings and a t shirt and then today i asked them if they could send me a new one and not even a min later they answered and sent me. The mercier team is great thank you so much ??

I bought a jacket for my son and sadly it was not right for him. The quality was good, but we needed to return it. Jazz and George were helpful and sorted out collection of the item and a refund. Good communication. We will definitely look at buying from Mercier again

My son ordered a tracksuit after Christmas, when it arrived it was on the small size so we ordered a larger one, only afterwards realising that we might not be refunded due to it being a sale item. However I contacted customer services explaining and received a reply within the stated time saying to return the items and a full refund might be honoured, after reading the reviews I wasn’t hopeful but was pleasantly surprised to receive a full refund for one of the tracksuits. Only down side is the money we have spent on delivery & returns! My son is very pleased with the tracksuit and has washed well so far.

I ordered the coat on the 5th of December and have nearly waited 2 months for the coat to arrive do not and I mean do not order from mercier everytime I send an email it just gets ignored
